Craft first
A souvenir photo is only worth keeping if it's actually good. Studio-grade lighting, trained pros, custom sets — no folding-table fluorescents, no rushed prints, ever.
Marc Bryce started in cruise-ship photography on the Pride of America and Pride of Hawaii — turned both into Norwegian Cruise Line's top-producing photo ships. He came back to land in 2010, founded Souvenir Photograph, and started catching the moments people actually want to keep. Sixteen years later we run 40+ seasonal venues, a million finish lines a year, and the entrance gates of theme parks across the country.

Souvenir began doing dinner-show photography in 2010 — green-screen at the door, prints in hand by dessert. That program is still here, though today AI handles the cutouts and the big green cloth is gone. Around it grew the road-race partnerships (starting with The Color Run in 2013), then the Santa villages (starting with Galt House Hotel in 2015), then the theme parks. Each program added to the others — same crew, same printers, same software — same goal: the photo people actually want to keep.

Marc got his start in cruise-ship photography, launching Norwegian Cruise Line's Pride of America and Pride of Hawaii — both became NCL's top-producing photo ships under his watch. He then turned around a struggling Mediterranean ship in 3 months.
From the cruise world, he returned to grow his family's youth-sports photo business, Designer Studio, from fewer than 10,000 to over 100,000 athletes a year.
He founded Souvenir Photograph in 2010, starting with dinner-show photography in Seattle. Three years later, in 2013, Souvenir partnered with The Color Run and captured 500,000 participants in year one — across all 50 states.
By 2014 the company was capturing 1M+ participants per year at endurance events. In 2015, the Galt House Hotel brought Souvenir in for their Christmas Lights program (50,000 guests per season), which became our entry into large-scale Santa operations. Today we run 40+ seasonal venues across the country, with a goal of 50+ by 2026.

We take the staffing risk, the gear risk, the engineering risk. You take a share of the revenue. We win when you win — and only when you win.
Programs are built for the long season, not the launch week. Galt House has been with us since 2015. The Color Run since 2013. We show up, year after year.

Marc joins Norwegian Cruise Line. Both ships become NCL's top-producing photo programs under his lead.

Souvenir becomes The Color Run's official photo partner. Year one: 500,000 participants captured across all 50 states.

Endurance volume crosses a million participants captured per year — and keeps growing.

Souvenir Photograph runs the operation behind the scenes. Guests find their photos through one of these three sites — race finishers, park & event guests, families at Santa. Same operator, each one purpose-built for the people it serves.
